How To Apply For Courses At Flavius Mareka TVET College 2026-2027

Step 1: Career Guidance Exploration

  • Start by exploring careers to help you decide which path to follow. You can come back later or on another day to complete the next steps. Just make sure to keep your username and password safe so you can return to your application.

Step 2: Complete the Pre-Entry Folder and Placement Screening

Log back into the system and finish everything in the Pre-Entry folder.

  • The placement screening is mandatory, but you still have the right to choose your preferred course. If you decide to pick your own course, you will need to sign an acknowledgement.
  • You can view and save your placement report for your reference.
  • Complete the online application form on the college website; this is required.
  • Answer honestly and do not let anyone else complete the screening for you. If someone else does it, it could result in being recommended the wrong course and struggling in your studies.

Instructions for Completing the Pre-Entry Folder:

  • Click on each button and complete all assessments and questions, even if you are unsure of some answers.
  • Click the Finish button at the end of each assessment.
  • Keep your username and password safe. If your internet connection drops, you can return as a Returning User and continue where you left off. You will also use these details for further screenings when entering college.
  • If you forget your username or password, you can reset it under the Returning User option.

Step 3: Complete the Online Application

Finally, finish the Online Application section and upload all required documents in PDF format. Your application cannot be assessed until this step is completed.
